Position Overview
We are hiring an Experienced HVAC Service Technician and an HVAC Installer. Applicants should be skilled with residential and light commercial systems, especially Rheem, Bosch, Friedrich, and similar equipment. Whether you’re diagnosing complex issues or installing new systems, we want someone who takes pride in quality work and customer service.
Responsibilities
Service Technician
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heat pumps, gas furnaces, mini-splits, air handlers, and more)
- Perform preventive maintenance and system checks
- Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete service tickets accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
