Responsibilities of AP / AR clerk :
Process vendor invoices, check requests, and purchase orders for accuracy and approval
Maintain accurate AP records and support month-end close activities
Assist with reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
Manage and monitor petty cash fund
Support AR functions as needed, including posting payments and maintaining customer accounts
Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure smooth accounting operations
Preferred skillsets :
Previous Accounts Payable experience required
Experience using NetSuite a plus
Basic excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
