Servers and Bartenders are the key to delivering great guest service. Servers ensure that they provide a memorable experience, from greeting to departure.
Primary Responsibilities : Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options.
Service of food and / or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and / or beverage items.
Ensure Guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates.
Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements : Valid TABC Server Permit Must be 18 years of age or older Team Player, ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
