Overview
At Lambert's Cable, as a Telecommunications Supervisor Construction, you'll supervise and implement the company construction program ensuring that each job site utilizes the construction rules, practices and policies. This role requires availability for call outs and the ability to manage multiple crews and stakeholders.
What You'll Do
You will supervise and implement the Company Construction Program ensuring that each job-site utilizes the construction rules, practices and policiesYou must be available for call outsYou will represent the company and interface with customers, developers, property owners, utilities, and municipalitiesYou will coordinate, lead and provide assistance to crews, subcontractors and other interested partiesYou will ensure that construction schedules are met on timeYou will ensure all Corporate Policies and Procedures are followedYou will organize, plan, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload with minimum supervision and the ability to meet deadlines, communicating effectively and professionally with all staffWhat You'll Need
3+ years of supervisor experience in the telecommunications industryWorking knowledge of the telecommunications industry standards, practices and regulations pertaining to the construction of fiber optic and copper cable outside plant facilitiesKnowledge of aerial and underground construction methods and engineering requirementsValid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentWillingness to work in a solo and team environmentExperience working through all types of weather, including inclement weatherSelf-starter with effective communication skillsAbility to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed18 years of age or olderAuthorized to work in the United States for this companyBenefits
