As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and professionalism. Pay Rate : $29.08 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeWed02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Thur02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.
  • Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and / or local authorities as needed to address incidents.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or irregularities observed while on duty.
  • Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
