Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and plating standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and kitchen at all times
Set up and break down stations efficiently before and after service
Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients and food products
Support other kitchen staff and work closely with the chef team during service
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines in compliance with health regulations
Contribute to prep work and inventory management as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 year of line cook or kitchen experience (high-end or busy restaurant preferred)
Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency during peak service
Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude
Must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate or be willing to obtain one upon hire
