Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS) to join a Multi-Specialty Group in Sandusky, OH. This position offers a competitive salary package and comprehensive benefits. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Licensure : Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS).
  • Experience : New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills : Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.
  • Soft Skills : Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group
  • Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
