Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.Licensure : Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS).Experience : New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.Technical Skills : Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.Soft Skills : Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.Key Responsibilities
