Job Title : Attorney (Full-Time)

We are a dynamic boutique law firm based in Rancho Santa Fe, California, seeking a dedicated and driven Attorney to join our team. Our firm specializes in civil litigation with a strong emphasis on contract, business, and real property disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to develop their litigation skills in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and draft legal documents, including motions and discovery requests
• Gather and assess relevant information from involved parties
• Evaluate evidence and develop case strategies
• Conduct thorough legal research
• Prepare and respond to discovery
• Interpret legal documents and clearly explain implications to clients
• Collect evidence to support negotiations and settlement discussions
• Represent clients in court appearances as needed
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trial when required

Qualifications :

Compensation :

Salary range : $90,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
