    Compensation :

  • Range : $15.00 to $20.00 depending on experience & location.
  • Shift differential : $2.00 to $3.00 depending on location.

    • Position : Porter / Custodian

    Under general supervision, perform a wide variety of custodial and maintenance duties to provide a clean, orderly, and safe environment; and perform related work as required.

    Position Requirements

  • Vacuums, shampoos, and spot cleans carpets, mops floors, and furniture, wash windows.
  • Removes trash per established procedures.
  • Cleans and disinfects restrooms, shower rooms, cooler, freezers, and other facilities; orders and stocks facilities with paper and supplies.
  • Reports and responds to emergency calls for custodial assistance.
  • Assists the building maintenance team with set up and take down of furniture and equipment for a wide variety of store events.
  • Performs various maintenance and custodial duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in
  • restrooms, shower rooms, and coolers.
  • Assists with and performs refinishing of floors.
  • Identifies stains and uses proper chemicals for removal.
  • Maintains inventory and submits written requests for supplies; tests and evaluates new supplies and equipment.
  • Maintains cooler presentation standards (full, faced, cleaned, and fully signed).
  • Ensures spaces are ready for the day by taking out trash, straightening furniture, dusting

    • Skills & Experience

  • Work with pesticides
  • Knowledge of the use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment
  • Attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Safely dispose of hazardous materials
  • Identify stains and use proper chemicals for their removal
  • Operate manual and power equipment.
  • Work effectively in and around the public.
  • Provide the highest level of guest service to the team and guests.
  • Perform physical labor.
  • Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity to, and respect for, a diverse population.
