Your Role : Lead, Inspire, and Elevate Care

As the  Director of Nursing , you will be a key leader responsible for maintaining the highest standards of patient care while guiding and supporting a dedicated team. Key responsibilities include :

• Staff Leadership :  Supervise, train, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure excellence in care.
• Goal Setting :  Establish departmental goals and track progress to ensure top-tier performance.
• Policy Development :  Create and implement effective nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Budget Oversight :  Manage departmental budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively.
• Direct Reporting :  Report directly to the Administrator, offering insight into department performance and patient care.
• Quality of Care :  Maintain and uphold high standards of patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of every resident.
• Confidentiality & Record Keeping :  Manage patients’ medical records with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
• Clear Communication :  Foster open communication with physicians, patients, and family members to ensure transparent updates on patient health and care plans.
• Staff Meetings :  Schedule and lead staff meetings to discuss patient updates, issues, and collaborative recommendations.
