Data Engineer Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Designing Reporting Infrastructure : Develop robust architecture for data storage, transformation, and delivery, including data warehouses, data lakes, and reporting databases.
• Defining Data Models for Reporting : Craft logical and physical data models to support efficient analysis and reporting, with a focus on fact-dimensional data modeling.
• Developing Data Pipelines : Design and implement ETL / ELT processes to ensure data quality and accuracy in the reporting environment.
• Selecting and Implementing Reporting Tools : Choose and configure appropriate reporting platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos.
• Ensuring Data Quality and Security : Implement data quality checks and security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Providing Technical Leadership : Mentor team members in developing and maintaining reporting infrastructure, while optimizing system performance and collaborating with stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
