JOB SUMMARY : The Mailroom Clerk supports day-to-day operations in a mail, production print, and scan center. This role involves processing inbound and outbound mail, UPS shipping, scanning, and printing while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency. The associate is expected to handle repetitive tasks, perform quality control, and ensure proper indexing of documents.\n\nResponsibilities : \nSort inbound and outbound mail efficiently^Process UPS shipping tasks^Scan and print documents as required^Perform indexing and quality control tasks with high accuracy^Handle repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail^Communicate effectively with team members and management^Lift up to 25 pounds and assist with heavier items as needed^Stand, walk, and move within the worksite as required
