We're seeking a compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to provide high-quality, patient-focused care. Choose part-time (2-3 days per week) or full-time (4 days per week) with flexible scheduling and competitive pay of $65-$70 / hour. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time hires. Your Role Provide comprehensive women's health care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, menopause management, and preventive screenings Conduct physical exams and procedures such as pap smears and diagnostic testing Evaluate and treat conditions like UTIs, hormonal imbalances, menstrual disorders, and other gynecologic concerns Manage patient care within our medical weight loss program, supporting safe and sustainable results Collaborate with our medical director and clinical team on individualized care plans Educate patients on preventive care, wellness strategies, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Compensation & Benefits Full-Time Employees Pay : $140,000 to $150,000 / Year Flexible scheduling (4-day workweek available) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match up to 4% Generous PTO plan (with cash-out options after 3 years) Sign-on bonus available Exclusive perks : Skin care at cost Aesthetic allotment for treatments and services Family & friends discounts Free or discounted women's health services after 90 days Part-Time Employees Pay : $65-$70 / hour Flexible scheduling (2-3 days per week) Sick time per Washington State requirements Access to skin care at cost and an aesthetic allotment Required Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Clinical problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic Education & Experience Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new grads from women's health-focused NP or PA programs considered) Current Washington licensure (PA-C, APRN, RN as applicable) DEA registration, NPI, and prescriptive authority in Washington Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association Women's health experience strongly preferred — however, if you are not currently in women's health but are passionate about serving this patient population, we are willing to train you.
