What you’ll do
- Recruit, train, and manage outdoor sales reps. Run sales meetings and enforce Scorecard discipline.
- Coach in the field : ride-alongs, live inspections, live closes. Model the standard.
- Lead from the front : Our GM’s do everything above AND are at the top of the sales leaderboard.
- Drive Speed-to-Cash : move agreements to build and collection on target.
- Align with Inside Sales and Production to handoff clean, fast, profitable jobs.
