Camp Twin Lakes (CTL) is a non-profit organization that offers year-round recreational, therapeutic, and educational programs for children and young adults facing serious illnesses, disabilities, and other life challenges. Camp Twin Lakes provides summer camp and weekend retreats at three fully accessible and medically supportive camp locations. The HR Manager is a key leadership role and the driving force behind all human resources functions within our organization. This individual will develop, implement, and manage HR policies and programs that support our mission, culture, and strategic goals.
