Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Journeyman / Millwright position in Taylors, SC. As a Journeyman / Millwright, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining and fixing industrial machinery. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this Journeyman / Millwright job include :

• Machine setups and breakdowns.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and run PMs on machinery and equipment for repairs and upkeep.
• Run milling machines, drill presses, manual lathes and surface grinders.
• Maintain safe work environment.

Qualifications :

Mechanical aptitude.

Welding experience.

Use of calipers and micrometers.

Basic math skills.

Great 1st shift schedule working 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm Monday-Friday with weekends off paying $26-32 / hr depending on experience.
