A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary care team. The SLP evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions to address communication disorders, swallowing difficulties, and cognitive-linguistic impairments resulting from injury, illness, or disability.
