The Director of Resort Marketing and New Development will direct best-in-class strategies to offer exceptional, tailored marketing to luxury real estate brokers and new developments across Colorado, specific to the resorts. The ideal candidate has a proven marketing background across digital, print and event-based, can provide thought leadership on integrated marketing and has experience in people management. Additionally, they should have strong executive presence, public speaking experience, outstanding interpersonal skills and program management expertise including effectively moving multiple deliverables forward simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a motivated, service-oriented leader who will think innovatively and independently in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The Director of Resort Marketing and New Developments should have experience setting an overarching strategy while driving accountability from geographically diverse teams. They should be an effective communicator and problem solver, and able to pivot as necessary to achieve greater results.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Works closely with the SVP Marketing and Communications as part of the Marketing Leadership team
Build, manage, and implement LIV Sothebys International Realtys long-term resort marketing strategy
Develop and execute regionally specific marketing channels across digital, print and in-person events
Develop next generation thinking around brand and broker social media
Support the broader LIV brand-campaigns to tell the story of our regional excellence
Implement New Development program and process to best provide counsel, strategic recommendations and plans for New Development branding opportunies. Work with and support brokers as they go up for New Developments. Coach, align and advise on LIV policies.
Manage potential and future direct report(s) career-growth, talent development and training strategy
Perform voice of the customer feedback cycles to ensure marketing support meets the needs of the business and brokers
Analyze performance and perform gap-analysis to reach greater performance outputs
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
7-10 years of marketing experience required
Deep passion for creating consumer-oriented marketing strategies that bring brands to life
A proven track record of high caliber leadership
Extensive experience setting up and tracking campaign effectiveness
Ability to coordinate numerous projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities
Knowledge and experience in the real estate industry a plus
Graphic Design skills including InDesign and Photoshop a plus
Excellent communications skills and the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage a budget and project from concept to completion
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary range dependent upon experience, $110,000-$130,000 annually
