Position : RN-ER-Emergency Department (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ER-Emergency Department for a 13-week contract in Clarksville, Tennessee — earn up to ($1539 - $1620 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.

Collaborate with medical team to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.

Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to physicians.

Adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure situations in the ER.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all treatments and procedures.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-treatment care.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Utilize medical equipment and technology effectively in patient care.

Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions to improve skills.

Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.

Assist in the development and implementation of emergency care protocols.

Experience / Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee or compact state license.

Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience.

Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.

Proficient in using medical technology and equipment in emergency care.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with medical team.

Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate patient records.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

Experience in educating patients and families about health conditions.
