A company is looking for an Associate Support Technician to provide technical support for internal users.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot device and application delivery technologies
Package and ship IT equipment to employees, and manage device provisioning and decommissioning
Act as a liaison with business units to gather requirements and deliver appropriate technology solutions
Required Qualifications
Experience with device pre-provisioning and decommissioning
Skill in identifying and resolving hardware and software issues
Ability to work effectively in teams and ensure security and privacy measures
Must be able to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States
Advanced technical understanding of hardware and software is preferred
