JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to spearhead our organization's marketing activities and strategy. This role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans to align with business objectives, managing market research, and maintaining productive relationships with various marketing vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Conduct and coordinate market research projects to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors and oversee advertising campaigns and events.
  • Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a high-performance environment.
  • Oversee budgeting and ensure project and department goals are met efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven understanding and experience with the sales process and sales funnels.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites and experience designing sales content for email campaigns.
  • Strong data analytic skills to leverage data in decision-making processes.
  • BA / BS in marketing, sales, or related field, along with at least 3 years of substantive marketing experience leading initiatives and cross-functional execution.
  • Experience in direct sales marketing, CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com / Eloqua), and lead management will be an added advantage.
