Key Responsibilities
Research and develop integrated media plans, including audience insights and media mix strategy
Lead the RFP process, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate media rates
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with analytics and social teams to optimize performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in media planning or buying
Strong knowledge of programmatic, digital, and social media channels
Experience managing vendor relationships and RFP processes
Familiarity with Campaign Manager 360 and media research tools is preferred
