Base pay range $50,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr

Job Description We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator with experience (or strong interest) in the construction industry to work directly with the Vice President of Business Development & Marketing . This role blends creativity, organization, and impact.

What You’ll Do

Manage company social media presence

Assist with bid & proposal assembly

Provide creative input into marketing strategy and campaigns

What We’re Looking For

1–3+ years in marketing, proposals, or communications (construction / AEC preferred)

Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills

Experience with social media platforms ; Canva / Adobe Suite a plus

Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented
