Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Management to ensure Customer Service is represented in product planning
Manage escalations and oversee department readiness for product releases
Create training content and assist with product testing and special projects
Required Qualifications
Typically 6 or more years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline
Advanced knowledge of relevant software and troubleshooting skills
Basic understanding of industry practices and project management skills
Experience with Microsoft Office programs as related to supported software
