A client of Insight Global is looking for a Traveling Desktop Support Technician to join their team. Daily responsibilities will include traveling to sites to help with troubleshooting for Citrix, desktops, laptops, and Microsoft products. You will be responsible for resolving tickets within the region and assisting with onsite technical support.
This position requires driving to multiple locations 1-2 times per week up to 1-4 hours with occasional overnight. MUST be comfortable with a heavy travel role - this role will require over 50% travel.
Job Details
Base pay range : $22.00 / hr - $25.00 / hr
Duration : 4-month contract to direct-hire
Travel requirements : Heavy travel (over 50%) to the following locations : Gulfport, Mississippi, Mobile, Alabama, Destin, FL, Panama City, FL, Pensacola, Florida. Candidates will be compensated for travel / mileage as well as overnight stays if required.
