Mission description
Support Safran Power Units customers and worldwide members with technical advice and solutions. Develop and manages strategic partnerships with Americas OEMs, US Military and US government agencies and officials.
Responsibilities
- Advise executive management and other members of the Safran Power Units team on product issues in support of customer operations.
- Respond to customer and shop personnel requests for technical support to maintain product integrity.
- Prepare reports required to support customer and company operations.
- Conduct engineering investigations in support of customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Safran Power Units Toulouse engineering and support staff to ensure accurate and timely response to customer inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with customer engineering staff to ensure timely responses to technical issues.
- Coordinate all quality issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with Safran Power Units staff to ensure technical accuracy of operations and support of customer technical issues.
- Coordinate with Safran Power Units teams and customer program management (RR & USN) for RCM and AGE studies.
- Develop and coordinate approval for repair schemes applicable to MRO equipment and oversee MRB activity.
- Visit customer sites, host customer visits, and attend meetings as necessary to promote positive customer relationships.
- Build strategic business relationships and support the strategic planning process.
- Conduct contract negotiations and identify growth opportunities for Safran Power Units products in the Americas territory.
- Travel required 20%, including internationally.
