We are a well established building materials company specializing in roof trusses, floor trusses, and engineered Outside Sales Representative Building Materials $65,000 $85,000 per year + PTO + Flexible Schedule

Position Overview We are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to generate and secure building material sales with new and existing customers, driving growth and profitability. This is a high-energy, performance-based role ideal for professionals motivated by results and rewarded for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote, sell, and secure new customer accounts in assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with contractors and builders.
• Assist customers with product selection to best meet project needs.
• Prepare, coordinate, and communicate quotes, pricing, and delivery terms.
• Estimate materials from blueprints and construction documents.
• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
• Support accounts receivable collections and follow-up.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines and market trends.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
