A company is looking for a Service Delivery Technician II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of the laptop lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, and recovery
Lead cleanup and maintenance efforts for asset records across various systems to ensure data accuracy
Resolve escalated hardware incidents and coordinate with vendors for device shipments and replacements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in IT asset management or hardware support
Experience with JAMF, Intune, ServiceNow, and CMDB systems
Experience with global logistics for IT asset deployment and recovery
Familiarity with ISO compliance standards in IT operations
Prior experience in IT Hardware Asset Management (ITHAM) operations
