What You'll Be Doing as an Accounts Payable Specialist

You'll play a vital role in keeping our finances running smoothly and our vendor relationships strong. As our next Accounts Payable Specialist , your day-to-day will include :

Accurately processing a high volume of vendor invoices

Reviewing and matching POs, invoices, and receipts

Coordinating payment approvals and processing payments (ACH, wires, checks)

Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies with vendors

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate vendor records in the ERP system

Supporting the month-end close with journal entries and accruals

Responding to vendor questions with professionalism and urgency

Preparing 1099s and assisting with year-end AP reporting

Participating in audits by providing requested AP documentation

What We're Looking For

The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist brings :

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

A keen eye for detail and exceptional organization skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
