PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - Nights

Holdenville General Hospital is seeking a compassionate, adaptable PRN Night RN to support our Med / Surg team. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy a varied patient mix, a tight-knit team, and the autonomy that comes with rural hospital care.

Core Responsibilities :

Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult and geriatric Med / Surg and Swing-Bed patients.

Perform assessments, develop / implement care plans, administer meds, and evaluate outcomes.

Coordinate care and handoffs with providers, therapy, case management, and ancillary teams.

Document accurately in the EHR; maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Respond to changes in patient condition; participate in rapid response / code situations.

Qualifications :

Current RN license in Oklahoma (or compact multistate privilege).

BLS required; ACLS required (or obtained within 6 months of hire).

Experience : 1+ year acute care Med / Surg preferred; new grads with strong clinicals considered.

Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; comfort working with limited on-site resources typical of a CAH.

Must be able to pass a background check and complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
