Client Care Specialist

Primary Job Function : Answer a multi-line telephone system and provide excellent customer service. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company clients, including keeping clients appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.

Pay : $18.00 - $23.00 / hour with compensation spiff program for maintenance agreement sales and follow up sales.

Work Hours : Multiple Shifts available - Office hours are 7 : 30am-8pm

We are currently looking to fill the 11am-8pm shift

Required Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years relevant work experience is a plus but not required
• Prior dispatch experience preferred
• Experience using Service Titan is a plus
• Positive, "can do" attitude a must
• Advanced customer service skills
• Highly proficient computer skills
• Works successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Great problem-solving skills
• Prioritization and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience answering a multi-line telephone system
• Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skills
• Ability to accommodate On Call Dispatching duties as well
