Overview
We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst to assist in leading the strategic design, optimization, and security of our organization's network infrastructure. This role requires deep expertise in networking, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions to support business objectives.
Base pay range
$90,000.00 / yr - $130,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, DMVPN, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
- Oversee network performance analysis, capacity planning, and high-availability strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of networking hardware and software solutions.
- Drive cloud networking strategies, integrating on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Develop and enforce compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations.
- Lead incident response efforts, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies related to networking.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior network analysts and cross-functional IT teams.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in network architecture, administration, or engineering roles.Expert knowledge of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS, and advanced network protocols.Extensive experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).Strong background in network security, including firewalls, Zero Trust frameworks, and SIEM solutions.Hands-on experience with SDN, automation tools, and cloud networking platforms.Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent highly preferred.Proven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive technical initiatives.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Competitive salary.
