Answer emails and phone calls, including but not limited to, clients, court personnel, law firms and medical offices. MAIL AND EMAILS MUST BE PRIORITIZED. Must print / open all mail, date stamp each one and log into diary with precision! General office duties such as calendaring, filing, scanning, and faxing. Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) Proficient in Google Chrome
