Sr. Digital Asset Librarian

About the Role :

We're looking for a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Sr. Digital Asset Librarian to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and support the lifecycle of product and brand photography across channels. This role is key to ensuring that all creative assets are properly organized, discoverable, and delivered efficiently to our teams and partners.

As the central steward of our DAM, you'll work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, digital, and IT stakeholders to enhance system performance, onboard users, troubleshoot issues, and lead future development phases. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented and user-focused, with a passion for organization and a proactive mindset for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• DAM Operations & Governance :

Manage the day-to-day operations of the DAM system for the Pottery Barn brand.

Team Lead

Supervise and mentor DAM librarians and associate team members.

Identify and implement enhancements to the DAM platform; lead testing and deployment of upgrades.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the DAM platform - system questions, troubleshooting, educating users, and maintaining data integrity.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $90,000 - $98,000 annually. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
