Civil Project Manager- Land Development

Civil Project Manager, PE - Land Development

Location : Cincinnati OH

Salary : $95k-$125k + great benefits

Requirements : Civil Engineering and Land Development, PE license or pursuing PE

Position Overview

We are are a multi-disciplinary design firm that has been taking a holistic approach to architectural and construction collaboration for over 100 years of success. We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager / PE to oversee land development projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage land development projects including infrastructure design, construction document for roads, storm drainage systems,  etc.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
  • Produce drawings / sketches to be used by drafters
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Act as liaison with other agencies, client point of contact duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in civil project management, particularly in land development.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and land development processes.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or on track to become registered PE required
  • Familiarity with codes, regulations, blueprints, and schematics related to civil engineering.
