Xfinity Retail Service Associate (Germantown)
Overview
Comcast is a Fortune 50 leader in media and technology. This role supports the store team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, maintains inventory and back-of-house spaces, and completes straightforward tasks using established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provides strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, supports the store team in the front and back of the store.
- Scans the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories and walkways are accessible, clean and functioning; reports exceptions to leadership.
- Greets customers during busy periods, connects them to a sales consultant in a timely manner, and demonstrates company technology to new customers to teach the basics and encourage return visits.
- Inspects the back of the store for clean, secure and properly stocked inventory; assists with receiving inventory and stocking to store standards.
- Assists with weekly cycle count process and helps identify opportunities to improve the store count process.
- Keeps current processes and procedures; suggests improvements to enhance the customer and / or store experience.
- Adapts to store priorities with professionalism and integrity.
- Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 pounds and work while standing and moving around the store.
- Regular, punctual attendance; ability to work nights and weekends, variable schedules and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Salary : Base Pay : $15.00
