Key Responsibilities :

Manage incoming calls and provide guidance on overdose recognition and response

Connect callers with local resources for substance use treatment and support

Document call interactions and collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective intervention

Required Qualifications :

Relevant lived experience with overdose, harm reduction, or substance use preferred

Demonstrated crisis management skills with empathy and professionalism

Comfortable using helpline software and digital communication platforms

Strong commitment to confidentiality and treating callers with respect

No formal education requirement
