The Controls Project Manager will perform investigation, installation, start-up and servicing of low voltage automated building control systems for HVAC. This frontline service provider is responsible for high levels of customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Completing project and documentation in a timely manner is required.

Responsibilities :

• Manage Installation teams on Projects as assigned. Project Manager is responsible for assigned projects from Start to finish. Working with office staff for engineering and programming support and Ops Manager for Labor Scheduling.
• Complete Programming, Commissioning and Checkout for equipment in scope of project.
• Complete job documents and work orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps management and customer informed of job progress and issues. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction :
• Communicate regularly with customer to become familiar with operating problems and gain operational knowledge of building.
• Keep customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, and or replacement.
