Your Core Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for proprietary trading applications
• Communicate incident status and resolutions to users in a clear and timely manner
• Monitor trading system performance, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions
• Ensure uptime and reliability of applications and systems during trading hours
• Develop automation tools and scripts to reduce operational overhead
• Perform in-depth analysis on a range of complex, multi-faceted systems (e.g., root cause)
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new features and services that improve performance, reliability, and scalability of trading systems
