job_description.job_card.job_descriptionUp to $120,000 Annually Hearing aid incentive of about $25-$35K per year on top of base pay. Comprehensive Benefits Package includes Health, Dental, Vision, 401k match, CME Allowance, Malpractice Insurance, License fully covered, Life / AD&D, Short / Long-Term Disability Insurance Generous PTO program and 8 paid holidays per year Education : Master's degree in audiology or speech-language pathology from an accredited program, or a doctoral degree (Au.D.) in audiology from an accredited institution. Clinical Training : Complete 400 hours of supervised clinical training as part of your educational program. Clinical Experience : Minimum nine months of supervised clinical experience under a licensed audiologist or speech-language pathologist. Exams : Pass the Praxis exam or obtain an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Secure a hearing aid specialist license. Skills : Strong concentration, critical thinking, and excellent communication.
