Midwest Pharmacy Operations Director

A company is looking for a Health Center, Director of Operations in the Midwest region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership for pharmacy operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care

Develop and mentor staff, ensuring compliance with training and operational standards

Accountable for financial performance, including revenue growth and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or pharmacy; pharmacy degree or MBA preferred

5-7 years of experience in various departmental functions, with at least 2 years in a management role

Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements in pharmacy operations

Proven leadership and coaching abilities

Experience in strategic and analytical thinking
