As an Account Manager for Level Health, you'll be managing a diverse set of key clients driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

What You'll Do

  • Being the trusted partner for our clients
  • Acting as primary advocate for clients navigating their healthcare choices and benefits
  • Managing the client lifecycle post-implementation through annual renewal periods
  • Designing and directing benefit communication and education
  • Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
