We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of data-driven projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions. This role will serve as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project management, ensuring alignment of data initiatives with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and skilled at managing complex data pipelines, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership : Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of data-related projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for data delivery efforts, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Data Governance : Ensure adherence to data quality standards, security protocols, and compliance regulations.

Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, analysts, product managers, and IT teams to align deliverables with organizational objectives.

Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in data delivery processes and implement improvements for scalability and accuracy.

Performance Tracking : Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project progress, data quality, and delivery success.

Risk Management : Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact data delivery timelines and implement mitigation strategies.

Reporting : Provide regular updates on data delivery status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or project delivery roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Technical Knowledge : Proficiency with data platforms and tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, ETL tools).

Project Management Skills : Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies for data project delivery.

Communication : Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving : Demonstrated ability to resolve delivery challenges and manage competing priorities.

Certifications (Preferred) : PMP, Agile / Scrum certifications, or data governance certifications.

Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Pay Rate / Salary : $60 - $90 per hour (equivalent to $120,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience).
