Job Description
Have a strong understanding and knowledge of business analytics to enable and influence leaders to make sound talent decisions and promote employee engagement and healthy / positive / productive employee relations.
Partner with client groups to build and execute upon talent plans in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals.
Identify and diagnose issues proactively and develop, recommend and implement root cause solutions that enhance employee engagement / experience and business results in a timely manner.
Participate and / or lead projects and special initiatives within and outside the HR function as assigned.
Promote high professional standards, positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrates L3Harris core values.
Openness to working across Human Resources domains, including HR Operations, HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Geographically mobile and willing to work anywhere in the U.S.
GPA of 3.0 or greater.
U.S. citizen.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software : Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
