a community triage center located in Sioux Falls that is assist individuals who are experiencing a non-violent behavioral health crisis, seeking treatment for substance abuse disorders or searching for support services. Being a community triage center, The Link assists in meeting the individual's needs for critical services and linking them to the services to assist with their mental health or substance abuse challenges.

Unit Highlights :
Opportunity to work 20 different staff members
Work with a dynamic and comprehensive team that includes : Physicians, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Paramedics, Triage Techs, Social Workers and Behavioral Health Techs.

7 : 00am-7 : 00pm / 7 : 00pm-7 : 00am, e / 3rd wknd / hol; 72hrs / 2wks

A Brief Overview
Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
