Key Responsibilities

Review medical records and provide independent opinions on disability status based on clinical evidence

Ensure determinations are well-supported with clear rationale and adequate documentation

Conduct peer-to-peer calls as needed and address quality assurance issues or complaints

Required Qualifications

Board Certified in Urogynecology Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery

Must be actively practicing in the field

Experience with evidence-based criteria and guidelines for decision-making

Ability to work on a contract basis with flexible scheduling

Capability to provide timely reports and manage case flow efficiently
