Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge articles and step‑by‑step documentation used by employees during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with business and process owners to capture details often missed in initial drafts.
• Edit and manage policies and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance during frequent reviews.
• Support efforts to streamline manual processes and move toward strategic documentation practices.
• Create content for print and digital platforms, touching all internal communication channels.
• Assist with administrative tasks initially, with potential to expand into strategic responsibilities.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance professional development and internal communications.
