Physician-Chief of Staff

The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) is actively seeking applicants for the Chief of Staff (COS). Searching for a board-certified physician who is an energetic and visionary leader with strong leadership, managerial, organizational, communication, and clinical skills who can build upon the strengths of the current clinical services. Prior VA clinical administrative experience is preferred.

Candidates must possess a current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.

Highlights of this opportunity :

• Potential starting base salary range :  $ 250,000-375,000
• Permanent full-time position
• Daily schedule, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm Subject to change based on needs of facility
• Sign on Bonus for highly qualified applicants
• Relocation Incentive
