Accountant – Luxury Hospitality Lounge & Restaurant

About Us Nicabanos is a world-class luxury cigar lounge and fine dining destination, combining Michelin-level cuisine, bespoke cocktails, and elite cigars.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and ensure the highest standards of financial management and compliance.

Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports for daily operations Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, payroll, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Collaborate with management to provide insights for cost control and profitability Coordinate with external auditors, CPAs, and vendors as needed Implement and maintain accounting best practices in alignment with hospitality standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience (hospitality or restaurant industry a plus) Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar), MS Excel, and payroll systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to grow with a prestigious luxury brand Dynamic, professional, and supportive work environment Be part of one of Miami’s most exclusive lifestyle destinations Powered by JazzHR
