Account Executive Net
Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to expand Prime-Net's footprint across retail, QSR, and enterprise markets.
Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities in structured cabling, low-voltage infrastructure, and technology deployment.
Prospect and close new clients including retailers, general contractors, and national technology integrators.
Conduct client visits, site walkthroughs, and in-person meetings to uncover project opportunities and strengthen relationships.
Collaborate with Operations, Estimating, and Project Management teams to ensure accurate scope definition, pricing, and delivery.
Support the handoff of new projects to the operations team to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities in emerging technologies such as RFID, access control, and smart facility systems.
Represent Prime-Net at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM tools.
Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of low-voltage systems, structured cabling, and retail technology rollouts.
Networking - Existing relationships with technology integrators, telecom partners, and retailers.
Technical Credibility - Can confidently discuss scopes involving cabling, access control, and RFID systems.

5+ years of sales or business development experience in low-voltage, structured cabling, or technology deployment services.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cabling systems, patch panels, racks, and deployment workflows.
Proven track record of achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets.
Established relationships within retail, telecom, or technology integration sectors.
Ability to translate technical scopes into business solutions for clients.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with both executive and field-level stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing independent regional and national travel.
Must be available for client visits, site walkthroughs, and industry events. Some overnight travel may be required for national rollout support.
Prior field or technical experience in low-voltage installation or project management.
Familiarity with technology rollout programs and multi-site project execution models.
Understanding of RFID, access control, CCTV, and related systems.
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline and client management.
Strong financial acumen related to project cost, margin, and revenue forecasting.
Associates (preferred), and / or relevant experience.
Minimum 5 years of industry experience in low-voltage, structured cabling, or technology deployment sales.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Relevant certifications such as BICSI, RCDD, or manufacturer-specific credentials are a plus.
Have easy access to key regional markets and clients.
Achieve annual revenue goals aligned with divisional growth targets.
Secure at least five new regional or national accounts within the first year.
Maintain a balanced mix of local / regional projects and national rollout work.
Deliver accurate forecasts, strong CRM hygiene, and consistent pipeline reporting.
Represent the Prime-Net brand with professionalism, technical accuracy, and integrity.
Must have valid driver's license and meet pre-employment background and drug screen requirements.
The company utilizes a continuous MVR monitoring system to ensure driver safety and compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
Ability to learn and use company related software proficiently.
